HEALTH & WELLNESS
For Project Engineers
As a busy project engineering Professional you may not currently have time/resources to look after your physical and psychological health as much as you would want to.
At Cranston Engineering we appreciate that running projects is a bit like running continuous “end to end marathons” with the occasional “sprint” thrown in for good measure and to be at the top of your game you need to look after yourself physically and mentally.
In conjunction with Award Winning Burns Gym Ltd and the Living Life to the Full Program we are now able to provide physical and psychological resources to allow you to maximize your Project performance and to mitigate the risks of workload driven burnout.
